There’s a certain kind of energy you can’t fake and you feel it the second you walk into auditions for the Roar of the Jags, the cheerleaders for Jacksonville Jaguars.

Heels clicking. Music building. Conversations that sound confident… but if you’re paying attention, you can feel the nerves underneath it all. Because every single girl in that room is there for the same reason:

A shot at something big.

And this year, we got to be there to support it.
